PRICING INFORMATION
All prices below reflect the full 5-week summer session per class. For all new families taking a Children’s or Graded Level dance classes, there is a one-time $45 Family Summer Membership Fee, which grants access to all summer programs. If you decide to enroll in the full season starting August 3rd, this fee will be credited toward your Annual Family Membership, valid for all Chara programs from August 2026 through July 2027.
Toddler Classes (Ages 9 mo. - 3 yrs.)
Students in Boppin’ Babies or Parent/Tot Classes must be the age outlined below BY the start of class date to participate.
- Boppin’ Babies is a fun program for children 9 months up to the age of 2 years and their parents/caregivers that focuses on music and movement. The gender-neutral curriculum is specifically designed to increase children’s socialization skills, provide structure and consistency, and cultivate independence.
- Parent/Tot Creative Movement is for children 18 months up to the age of 3 years. Music, movement, balance and the basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner. This class includes mom or dad or another loved one participating in the class along with the little dancer. Our teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along while parents take an active role in encouraging, supporting, and keeping the little dancer on track.
- Parent/Tot Tumbling is for children 18 months up to the age of 3 years. Music, movement, balance and basic tumbling are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner. This class includes mom or dad or another loved one participating in the class along with the little tumbler. Our teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along while parents take an active role in encouraging, supporting, and keeping the little tumbler on track.
- Tippy Toes Must be 2 years old by September 1, 2025. Designed for toddlers to enhance gross motor coordination and listening skills through music, props, and dance.

- Darby’s Dancers Must be 7 years old by September 1, 2025. Dancers gain coordination, confidence, strength and life long friends, all while feeling like a star. Each dancer is paired with a “Buddy” for the year that assists them throughout the class. Dancers are able to take classes at no cost due to the group’s fundraising efforts that help provide costuming and cover recital expenses.

Friendswood Summer Camps are $204 per camp. A 10% discount is available for siblings enrolled in a summer camp at Chara. Oh boy! Step inside the clubhouse for a dance-filled adventure at Mouseketeer Dance Clubhouse Camp. This fun and energetic camp invites dancers to move, groove, and imagine as they explore playful choreography, upbeat music, and creative movement inspired by their favorite clubhouse friends. Campers will jump into interactive games, themed activities, and joyful dance routines that build confidence, coordination, and teamwork. With lots of smiles, music, and imagination, Mouseketeer Dance Clubhouse is the perfect place for young dancers to clap their hands, stomp their feet, and dance their way through a magical week of fun!

Get ready to defy gravity and discover all the ways God calls us to love others, be brave, and how he makes us unique! We will step into the world of Oz and experience the thrill of musical theater, dance, and performance. Through exciting choreography and creative crafts campers will develop their dance skills, build confidence, in an environment where everyone deserves a chance to FLY!
12:30 – 3:30pm | Ages 3-7
Join in the fun as we take on the roles of Bluey, Bingo, and friends by using both our imagination and curiosity to explore the world around us. We will play popular games from the shows including Keepy Uppy and Magic Xylophone, put on our dancing shoes to show off our best moves, and learn how to be a good friend.
12:30 – 3:30pm | Ages 5-10
No demons, just dancing! K-Pop Kraze is an action-packed dance camp inspired by the vibrant style and energy of K-Pop. From high-energy combos to team challenges and mini performances, this camp is all about confidence, creativity, and having a blast. We will dive into how Christ makes us all unique and how we can use our gifts to share his love with others. Whether your dancer is brand new to K-Pop or already loves the style, K-Pop Kraze promises nonstop movement, big smiles, and unforgettable fun!

Camp Assistants will be with campers while they eat their lunch from home and help them get to their next camp. Parents will need to send a lunch with their student to eat during their break.

Bring your favorite Squishmallow friend and slip into your comfiest PJs for the ultimate cozy dance party! This camp is packed with playful games, a super-cute themed craft, and lots of dancing with our squishy pals by our side. Get ready for giggles, movement, imagination, and all the soft, silly fun that makes this a camp dancers won’t want to miss!

Turn up the music and get ready to rock! Camp Rock Dance Camp is a high-energy summer experience where dance and music come together for nonstop fun. Dancers will learn exciting choreography, explore musical rhythm and performance, and bring out their inner rock star through creative movement and team activities. Whether you love dancing, music, or both, Camp Rock promises an unforgettable summer experience full of rhythm, energy, and rockin’ fun!

Take your princess skills to the next level as we focus on the adventures of Merida, Jasmine, Rapunzel, and Tiana throughout this action-packed camp! Dancers will leap into exciting stories filled with bravery, determination, and heart as we explore each princess’s journey through creative movement and dance. Campers will twirl, jump, and shine while learning fun choreography, playing themed games, and enjoying imaginative activities inspired by these bold heroines. As we create, dream, and dance, we’ll celebrate courage, selflessness, and believing in yourself—all while having an unforgettable week full of magic, movement, and princess-powered fun!

Step into a world of grace, confidence, and charm at Poise & Pirouettes Etiquette Academy—an elegant yet playful camp designed to help young dancers shine both on and off the dance floor. Campers will learn the art of posture, poise, and polished movement through age-appropriate etiquette lessons blended with beautiful ballet basics and creative dance. With a lighthearted approach and lots of encouragement, Poise & Pirouettes is the perfect blend of refinement and fun, helping dancers carry themselves with grace, confidence, and joy!

Get ready for a dance party straight out of your favorite Pixar movies! Pixar Party Dance Camp is a fun-filled, high-energy camp where dancers will jump into the colorful worlds of Monsters, Inc., Toy Story, The Incredibles, and Cars through movement, music, and imagination.whether they’re stomping with monsters, adventuring with toys, striking superhero poses, or racing into high-speed dance moves. With upbeat music and lots of laughs, Pixar Party is packed with excitement, creativity, and nonstop fun for an unforgettable summer experience!

Tumble down the rabbit hole and into a world of imagination, whimsy, and dance! Welcome to Wonderland is a magical dance camp where curiosity leads the way and creativity runs free. Inspired by the charm and fantasy of Wonderland, dancers will explore playful choreography, imaginative movement, and delightful storytelling through dance. Campers will twirl through tea-party–inspired games, leap into silly challenges, and bring Wonderland characters to life with expressive movement and fun activities. With lots of laughter, creativity, and magical moments, Welcome to Wonderland is the perfect camp for dancers ready to dream big, move freely, and dance their way through a wonderfully whimsical adventure!

Let’s-a go dance! Super Mario Dance World is a high-energy, adventure-filled dance camp where dancers jump, spin, and groove through a world inspired by the colorful fun of the Mushroom Kingdom. Dancers will collect “power-ups” through games, team challenges, and movement activities as they work together to conquer each dance level. With nonstop energy, imagination, and lots of smiles, Super Mario Dance World is the perfect camp for dancers ready to press start on an unforgettable dance adventure!

Get ready to mix, move, and make magic at The Dance Lab—a high-energy camp where hip hop dance meets hands-on science! Dancers will jump into exciting hip hop choreography while also exploring fun, kid-friendly science experiments that spark curiosity and creativity. Each day, campers will “test” new moves, experiment with rhythm and energy, and discover how movement and science work together. Through dance sessions, interactive experiments, and team challenges, The Dance Lab is the perfect blend of learning and fun—guaranteed to keep dancers moving, thinking, and smiling all week long!
